Choose a detail worth explaining
A finished photograph shows the result. A process post can explain one decision behind it. Ask the business what was prepared, selected or adjusted and why that choice suited this project.
Keep the explanation specific. The paint colour, a storage detail or the position of a patio can give a viewer something concrete to understand. Use the business’s approved wording for technical details.
Show the sequence clearly
Choose a few images or clips in the order the work happened. Label the stages in ordinary language. Avoid implying that a short edit represents the full time needed to do the work.
- Explain the starting point.
- Show one useful stage.
- End with the finished detail.
If you do not have approved before images, use the finished work and explain the decision in the caption. A believable account of one detail is more useful than an invented transformation story.
Check the story before sharing
Confirm permission for the location, people and materials shown. Check that the caption does not invent certifications, results, guarantees or customer comments. Make any agreed correction before publishing.
Invite a relevant conversation at the end. A question about a similar space or an invitation to ask about the service can be a useful next step when the business is ready to respond.
