About Emma
I help Worcester painting companies keep the calendar full, from September 1 turnovers to winter cabinet work.
I grew up in a triple-decker on Worcester’s West Side, where my parents rented out the top two floors, and every August meant a scramble to get a unit painted before the September 1 move-in. I studied marketing at a college in the city and now make posts for painting and cabinet companies, planned around how this area actually works: landlord deadlines in summer, exterior season in fall, and indoor work through the winter. I use your job photos and your prices, and nothing goes out without your approval.
Specializes in
- Interior and exterior painters
- Cabinet refinishers
- Rental turnover work
“In Massachusetts a lot of leases turn over on September 1, so small landlords need units painted in the last weeks of August. Reach them in June and July and the work spreads out. Then exterior season ends with the cold, and homeowners are ready to think about kitchens. Plan posts around those two moments.”

Questions
Can you reach landlords?
Yes. Landlord Facebook groups, postcards and Google work well here, especially in June and July before the September 1 rush.
Can you manage our Google profile?
Yes. I can tidy it up once, then add photos and posts each month as part of the posts package.
What if we’re busy all summer?
Then we post in spring to fill the summer early, and save cabinet posts for when exterior work slows.
