About Grace
I help Portland remodelers show owners of older homes what’s possible, one finished room at a time.
I live in a 1924 bungalow in Sellwood with a kitchen the size of a hallway, so I understand the homeowners my clients want to reach. Before this I spent five years as office manager for a remodeling company, scheduling site visits and photographing every finished job. Now I make posts and short videos for kitchen and bath remodelers: honest before-and-afters, practical ideas for small rooms, and plain explanations of how a remodel works. Every photo comes from your jobs, with the homeowner’s permission.
Specializes in
- Kitchen remodelers
- Bathroom remodelers
- Older and historic homes
“Portland’s east side is full of 1910s to 1940s houses with small, closed-off kitchens and one tired bathroom. Owners love the character and assume they’d have to lose it. Showing real rooms nearby, opened up with the original details kept, does more than any discount. Neighborhood groups do the rest.”

Questions
What if our photos aren’t great?
We start with what you have. I’ll send a simple shot list so your crew can take better before and after photos on the next job.
Do you mention prices?
Only if you want to. Most remodelers prefer to talk price at the design visit, and the posts point there.
Can you write about aging-in-place work?
Yes. I keep it about good design and safety, with no scare tactics, and I make printed versions for local notice boards.
