About Miguel
I help Denver deck and patio companies fill the short building season before it starts.
I grew up in west Denver and spent six summers on a deck crew in Lakewood and Arvada, so I know how short the building season is and how fast it fills. Most homeowners start thinking about a deck on the first warm weekend in May, and by then the good start dates are gone. Now I help outdoor living companies post at the right time: design visits in winter, honest material advice for high-altitude sun, and fire-pit patios when fall evenings get cool. I work from your job photos and your prices, and you approve every post.
Specializes in
- Deck companies
- Patios and hardscaping
- Outdoor kitchens and fire pits
“Along the Front Range, the outdoor season is short and everyone wants it to start at the same time. Companies that get homeowners thinking about decks in January and February fill May and June with signed work. In fall, fire pits sell on the first cool evenings. Timing matters more than anything else.”

Questions
When should we start posting for spring?
January. Homeowners need time to plan, and design visits in February turn into May and June builds.
Can you write about materials?
Yes, from what you tell me. I keep comparisons honest and in plain words, and you check them.
Is there anything to post in winter?
Winter is when the planning posts matter most. It’s also a good time to share your best finished projects from the year.
