About Tasha
I help Raleigh agents market the neighborhood, not just the house, to local buyers and people moving in from out of state.
I moved to Raleigh from Baltimore twelve years ago and spent my first month driving every neighborhood with a notebook, trying to work out where we’d actually be happy. That’s the help most buyers want, and it’s what I build for agents now: posts and short videos about the walk to coffee, the Saturday market, the commute and the porch everyone asks about. I spent six years as a transaction coordinator, so I know the listing calendar and the rules for advertising a home. Every price and detail comes from the agent.
Specializes in
- Residential real estate agents
- Relocation buyers
- Open houses
“People moving to the Triangle choose a neighborhood months before they choose a house. They want to know the commute, where to get coffee and what a Saturday looks like. Agents who answer those questions in public get saved, shared and messaged long before the buyer lands at RDU.”

Questions
Do you write listing descriptions?
I write the social posts for a listing from your details. The MLS description stays with you.
Can you film inside the house?
I film the neighborhood around it. For inside the home, I edit from your photographer’s photos or video.
Do you work with teams?
Yes. I can keep one look across a team and make posts for each agent’s listings.
